Al Otaiba Enterprises approached us to develop a web application portal to manage their internal requests from employees. We have developed a web application along with an iOS application to manage requests and approval from multiple levels of users/employees.
Al Otaiba Enterprises has been managing their requests through email, and then they wanted a central system to manage their employee requests. They had multiple levels of approval hierarchy that needed to be implemented.
When a user makes a request, approval hierarchy has to be selected and the escalation matrix will be based on the selected hierarchy. A request will go to the next level for approval or rejection. A request can have documents/uploads. Higher-level users can approve or reject the request with or without comment and it can go to the next or previous levels.
Higher management can view the request on the mobile app to do the approval function from the app itself very easily.
We have designed and developed a web application portal in PHP Laravel framework along with IOS and Android Mobile Application.
The employee can send a request to a higher level and the higher authorities will have a mobile application where they can easily see the request and can take decisions accordingly even if not in the office.
